No doubt about it whether its the Mazda3  or the Mazda Speed these automotive products certainly carry their weight.

Bigger, longer, wider, and ‘more’ in nearly every way, the 6 trades its formerly modest dimensions for a significantly stretched skin. Similar to these check this out  But by dropping the popular wagon and hatchback models, is a ‘one-size-fits-all’ the best way to go? Time will tell.

Ah, power. It corrupts absolutely, right? Well, not in the case of this car. Usually in front-wheel-drive cars, more than 260 horsepower is too much to handle. Check this out . Not here. And really, who doesn’t like driving a sleeper “wagon” that will do 240 km/h without breaking a sweat?

We see a 3 Wagon. And apparently there’s nothing sporty about wagons. But naming this hatchback ‘Sport’ has helped it find favour with many drivers around the world, and really, the more wagons the better. Great practicality mixed with unbeatable driving pleasure.

Many of the Silverton line were original on late- ’50s/early- 60′s high-performance cars, like the 670/15 with 1- or 2 1/2 inch whitewalls (WW), original on ’55-’ 64 Corvettes.The list follows like so: 750/14 (1- and 2 1/4 -inch WW, and 3/8-inch redline), 800/14 and 850/14 (with 1-and 2 1/4-inch WW), F70/14 (3/8-inch redline), 670/15 (1- and 2 1/2-inch WW), 775/15 (5/8- and 1-inch WW, and 3/8-inch redline or goldline), and 710/15 (2 1/2- and 3-inch WW).

They also sell a variety of Coker brand tires for musclecars, in sizes and styles that follow: 775/14 (3/8-inch red and goldline), E70/14 (3/8-inch redline), G70/14 (3/8-inch redline), 815/15 (1-inch WW, and 1-inch WW with 3/8-inch redline), F70/15 (3/8-inch WW). Tires..and Other Common Misconceptions

Twenty-five years ago, monster-engine Mopars, Fords and Chevys were riding on narrow, high-profile blackwalls that, presently, we wouldn’t trust on a three-speed bicycle. “Remember, the tread on the 427 Corvette is only 4 1/2 inches wide,” says John Kelsey, president of Kelsey Tire, which 10 years ago, acquired the rights to the old Goodyear molds.

Today, tires are an integral part of a car’s handling, safety and ride quality. “There is more of a hand-in-glove relationship now between car makers and tire makers,” says Kelsey.

Anyone who’s ever been behind the wheel of a 427 with original tires, or any similarly high-power car, knows “that feeling”: The feeling of pushing it hard into a turn and having it break loose, knowing that there’s no way you’re going to bring it back – not with these tires – and the only thing left to do is start the introductions.

Reliability/Safety

Pro: The standard warranty is one of the best. Reliability is excellent for the first five years. These cars are built with care: there’s rarely a misaligned piece of trim or a crooked seam to be found. Corrosion-prone overlapping metal panels have been eliminated and galvanized steel used instead. Honda has made efforts to improve customer relations in the last few years, and the results are good: Canadian Automobile Association surveys show customer satisfaction is an impressive 88 percent, compared to 85 percent for both the Toyota Camry and Mazda 626. A large dealer network means that parts and service are never far away. Government crash tests of a 1991 Accord concluded that the driver and front passenger would be well protected.

Con: Air conditioner condensors frequently fail after a few years. Honda will pick up the approximate cost if you threaten to take the company to court. Accords always began to deteriorate somewhat after their fifth year, with body rusting and premature front brake and engine wear being the greatest problem areas. The present series isn’t old enough to tell whether the same thing is going to happen. High parts cost, but independent suppliers are very competitive. Delay after shifting into drive caused by poorly adjusted cable (DSB 89-040).
